Question 1

What makes an ActivEV Pulse a street legal golf cart?

Accepted Answer

Street legal ActivEV Pulse models are equipped with the safety hardware normally required for low speed vehicle (LSV) use: DOT-approved windshield, headlights, tail and brake lights, turn signals, horn, mirrors, seat belts, reflectors and a VIN. Final registration rules are set by each state, county or municipality, so your authorized ActivEV dealer will confirm the configuration and paperwork required in your area.

Question 2

Why choose a lithium-ion golf cart instead of lead-acid?

Accepted Answer

A lithium-ion pack with an integrated battery management system needs no watering or terminal cleaning, holds voltage more consistently through the discharge cycle, charges faster and weighs significantly less than an equivalent lead-acid bank. For families and fleets that means more usable range per charge, steadier hill performance and lower total cost of ownership over the life of the vehicle.

Question 3

How many passengers can an ActivEV Pulse carry?

Accepted Answer

The Pulse line is offered in 2 passenger, 4 passenger forward facing, 4 passenger lifted, 6 passenger and 6 passenger lifted layouts, so you can match seating capacity to neighborhood cruising, resort shuttling, campus transport or large-family use.

Question 4

Where can I buy an ActivEV golf cart?

Accepted Answer

ActivEV is sold exclusively through authorized dealers so that every vehicle is inspected, assembled and serviced locally. Use the Find a Dealer tool to locate the closest showroom, or apply through Become a Dealer if you want to represent the brand in your market.

Question 5

Where do I find owner manuals and service documentation?

Accepted Answer

Owner manuals, wiring references and maintenance schedules for current ActivEV models are published in the Manuals library so owners and technicians can service vehicles with factory documentation.
